Cantaloupe melon and- smoked salmon with a citrus dressing

Lamb and vegetable Stir-fry with toasted sesame

Chicken liver parfait with fruit chutney and Melba toast.

Mains

Pork and ginger Stir-fry with egg noodles

Pan fried salmon with lemon cous cous & creme fraiche

Thai beef curry with coconut infused rice

Roast butternut squash and parmesan spaghetti with sun blushed red pepper

Char-grilled gammon steak with either fried egg or pineapple and homemade chips
